Medical Missions in Latin America

One in every 55,000 children in the world is born with a deformity such as Hemimelia, Congenital equinovarus, Tarsal coalition and others. CLESF surgeons volunteer their time, skills and know-how to treat such children in Latin America.

Without any help, many children’s only choice is amputation of a lower limb.

●    Our surgeons donate their time and pay their own travel expenses.
●    CLESF receives monetary donations from the public.
●    CLESF doctors and friends make donations.
●    CLESF collaborates with other foundations and hospitals, such as Instituto Nacional de Pediatria, Fundación Teletón, Hospital Shriners Mexico and others.
