Founded in 2006, the Chicago Lower Extremity Surgical Foundation (CLESF) has spent 20 years advancing orthopedic education and improving the lives of children with complex lower-extremity deformities in Latin America. Through its annual Symposium and medical missions, CLESF brings together an exceptional community of internationally recognized surgeons, dedicated faculty, and emerging specialists who share their expertise, advance surgical techniques, and train the next generation of limb reconstruction surgeons. Their collective commitment has helped expand access to specialized care and strengthen the impact of orthopedic education across borders.
